The furniture is made of solid wood and the oak floors provide a cosy flair. Each apartment near Bressanone is 60 sqm large and has 4 to 6 beds. Three apartments with two bedrooms also offer a retreat for quieter moments. There’s plenty of room for the entire family: for fun, games and pure luxury. While the underfloor heating ensures a cosy ambience in winter, you may use the private loggia with comfortable seating in summer. All five apartments near Bressanone were newly built in 2022 – in the heart of South Tyrol. Out of conviction, we have opted for an environmentally friendly and resource-saving construction method. It was also important to us that each of our holiday apartments near Bressanone has a separate entrance. The sky windows with the floorless window surfaces radiate a special charm – they give the rooms a stylish and elegant touch. All facilities are top notch and offer a guarantee for your well-being. On request, we provide baby beds and high-chairs. Another advantage is the free use of your parking space in our underground car park, as well as our ‘ski room’,, which you may use to store and dry skiing and hiking equipment. You can also use the washing machine and dryer free of charge.

Would you like to truly relax after a hiking excursions in the South Tyrolean mountains or a day in the snow? Then our apartments in Bressanone ‘Vitis’ or ‘Isarcus’ are your perfect choice. Enjoy your private spa oasis with Finnish, bio and infrared sauna, then refresh under the rain shower and finally curl up in a fluffy blanket with a good book or use the free Wi-Fi. Simply wonderful! In both summer and winter, you may take advantage of the private loggia with comfortable outdoor seating to relax.

Price conditions and discounts
- Prices are for 2 people per apartment per night for a minimum stay of 4 nights.
- Children up to 2 (1,99) years: free of charge
- Children up to 14 (13,99) years: 18,00 €
- For each additional person over 14 years we charge 25,00 €.
- Not included in the price is the local tax of 1,80 € per night and person (from 14 years), which has to be paid in cash on the spot.

Further information
- There’s no need to buy drinking water … our water taps offer the best drinking water from high mountain springs!
- Our apartments are non-smoking apartments. We therefore kindly ask you to enjoy your cigarette on the loggia.
- Toddler equipment available free of charge (upon request).
- Fresh bread service: We offer a bread delivery service from the local baker for your holiday apartment. Bread rolls for an extra charge.
- Charging station in the underground car park for your e-car (extra fee).
- Washing machine and dryer free of charge.
Pets
Pets are allowed only on request. For your four-legged family member we charge 12,00 € per day (without food).
Please bring the basket or blanket for your pet.
Arrival and departure
Arrival: On your arrival day, we expect you starting from 3 pm. In case of a delay, we look forward to receiving a message from you.
Departure: On the day of departure, your apartments should be vacated by 9:30 a.m. This gives us enough time for a thorough cleaning. In return, upon your arrival we guarantee you a clean, tidy and ready-to-move-in holiday apartment, which meets our high-quality standards. Deviations in the arrival and departure times are possible on request.
Surcharges and payment terms
Deposit: We are happy to receive written reservations via e-mail. The reservation becomes valid as soon as the deposit of 300.- € per week is paid.

Booking
Please note: The booking becomes binding upon a payment of a deposit for confirmation (booking security) and the sending of the booking confirmation.
Cancellations & Cancellation Protection
We are looking forward to your coming and you certainly are too – but a lot can happen until your arrival and during your vacation.
Up to 1 month before your arrival date you can cancel free of charge.
If you cancel within 30 to 10 days before your arrival we charge 50 % of the booking price.
In case of a later cancellation we charge 70% of the total amount booked.
In case of early departure, late arrival or no-show, cancellation fees of 70 % will be charged on the booked unused days.
Please inform us in time if you cannot start your vacation.
Nevertheless, we recommend that you take out “Cancellation Protection” as soon as you book your stay. This will cover the cancellation fees and you can look forward to your vacation without any worries.
