While we used to farm livestock and grow vegetables, we now have specialized in apple and wine growing for some years. We are very happy that our dream of renting apartments in South Tyrol has come true and that we can now warmly welcome you to our Mesnerhof in Rasa. The former Mesnerhof stables have now been transformed into 5 luxurious holiday apartments near Bressanone. Since 2022, the Mesnerhof shines in new splendour and is still surrounded by a touch of family tradition. Live an authentic South Tyrolean experience up close and visit us in Rasa near Bressanone.

The Mesnerhof Chalet was newly built in 2022 and provides 5 high-quality and luxurious apartments in South Tyrol. Thanks to our close connection to nature, we’ve also taken care to act in a resource-saving, environmentally conscious as well as sustainable manner when building the apartments. All accommodations near Bressanone are newly furnished and offer plenty of comfort. The holiday apartments ‘Vitis’ and ‘Isarcus’ offer an extra relaxing experience because they each have their private spa area with a Finnish sauna, bio sauna, , and infrared sauna. Just like these two elegant holiday apartments, ‘Praepositus’, ‘Cor’ and ‘Aristos’ were also named after local churches. Each of our apartments near Bressanone also has a private loggia with comfortable seating corners. This way, you may truly enjoy the most beautiful days of the year!

At any time of the year, the Mesnerhof in Rasa offers an ideal vacation spot for couples, young people or families. Choose a holiday in South Tyrol with relaxation, action and above all hiking in South Tyrol. While in spring we especially recommend the time of the apple blossom on the alpine plateau Naz-Sciaves, in summer we invite you to explore the most beautiful hikes in South Tyrol. Guided hikes are also offered locally. However, we also offer swimming, mountain bike tours or cultural excursions to the episcopal city of Bressanone. In autumn, the farmers invite you to Törggelen in South Tyrol on their farms: Typical South Tyrolean fare, a good drop of wine and roasted chestnuts – all home-made farm products!
